平成29年度後期分授業料免除申請について

Application for Tuition exemption for the second semester of the Academic year in 2017 For privately-financed international students

 International students who would like to apply for tuition exemption need to take the following steps.

 If the application is incompleted or not submitted on the scheduled dates, it will not be accepted.

 Please do not pay tuition until your result is determined; otherwise, your application will be cancelled.

 

1. Reservation of date for submission

 Applicants in Tottori area must submit the application on Sep.6,7,12,14,22,25,26 or in Yonago area on Sep.6,7.

 Applicants need to make a reservation for the date and time of submission.

 Applicants must reserve them via the Tottori university website (Live Campus).

 Applicants must complete the reservation on July.25-Aug.31.

 If applicants can’t submit the application on the designated date because you go back to your own country temporarily, please visit the Scholarship Section of the Student Affairs Division to submit the application before you leave Japan.

 Graduate students in the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, studying at Shimane and Yamaguchi University do not need to make a reservation.

 Please submit the application by the deadline to your university’s department which handles tuition exemption.

2. Submission of application

 Please submit your application and all other documents at the desk in B21 on the second floor of Kyotsukyoiku-to in Tottori area on the date you reserve, in Tutorial2-4 on the second floor of Sogokyoiku-to in Yonago area.

3. Confirmation of the result

 The result will be determined at the end of Dec.

 Please check the Tottori University website (Live Campus).

4. Payment of tuition

 If your application for full/half tuition exemption is not accepted, please pay the tuition as soon as possible.

 Staff at the Scholarship Section might call you and ask about your application.
