平成31年度前期分授業料免除申請について

(Application for Tuition exemption for the 1st semester of the Academic year in 2019)

授業料免除の選考基準、必要書類等、詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。

書類を揃える際は、以下の内容も参考にしてください。

必ず提出する書類 (required documents)

  • 住民票                                                                                                                                    (residence certificate issued at City Hall) 
  • 所得・課税証明書                                                                                                                    市区町村役場で証明を受けて下さい。(income certificate issued at City Hall)                      ※2018年1月2日以降に来日した方に対しては、発行されません。                                 (It will be not issued for who came to Japan after 2 Janually 2018)
  • 源泉徴収票/給与支払(予定)証明書(Form No.5)                        アルバイト先で証明を受けて下さい。
    (income statement/agreement/contract with your employer)
  • RA/TA(Research/Teaching Assistant)・・・期間と金額のわかる証明書(雇用依頼書等)
    RA/TA (certificate stipulating the working period and income)
  • 奨学金・・・奨学金受給証明書
    (Scholarship certificate )
  • 授業料免除申請書(様式 授-1:表)
    (Application form of Tuition exemption (Form No.1 front side) )
  • 授業料免除申請書(様式 授-1:裏)                             (Application form of Tuition exemption (Form No.1 back side))
  • 家計状況調書(様式4-1)
    (Financial condition record form (Form No.4-1))

Application for Tuition exemption for the 1st semester of the Academic year in 2019 For privately-financed international students

・International students who would like to apply for tuition exemption need to take the following steps.
・If the application is incompleted or not submitted on the scheduled dates, it will not be accepted.

・Please do not pay tuition until your result is determined; otherwise, your application will be cancelled.

 

1. Reservation of date for submission

・Applicants need to make a reservation for the date and time of submission via the Tottori university website (Academic Affairs System "Live Campus"). 
・However, students of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences and New students who enter from April, 2019 don't need to make a reservation. 
Please submit application form and all other documents at Student Support Division.
・If you can't use the system, please visit Student Support Division.

Apply and reserve the date for submission Jan.21(Mon) - Feb.7(Thu)

Tottori area
Feb.15(Fri) ,18(Mon) - 21(Thu),26(Tue) - Mar.1(Fri)
Yonago area
Feb.18(Mon) - 21(Thu)

※If applicants can’t submit the application on the designated date because you go back to your own country temporarily, please visit the Student Support Division to submit the application before you leave Japan.


2. Submission of application

・Please submit your application and all other documents on the date you reserve.

・Place
Tottori area  → at the desk in B21(on the second floor of Kyotuukyoiku-to)
Yonago area → at Tutorial 2-4(on the second floor of Sogokyoiku-to)


※Until tuition fee exemption is determined, tuition fee payments will not be withdrawn by bank transfers from the bank account.
※After you submitted, staff at the Scholarship section might send e-mail or call you  ask about your application.

 

3. Confirmation of the result

・The result will be determined around the beginning of July.

Please check the Tottori University website (Academic Affairs System "Live Campus").

4. Payment of tuition

・If your application for full/half tuition exemption is not accepted, tuition fee payments will be charged from your bank account in the same month as the decision.
(Invoice will be sent to the students who don't have bank account.)
