平成30年度後期分授業料免除申請について

Application for Tuition exemption for the second semester of the Academic year in 2018 For privately-financed international students

 International students who would like to apply for tuition exemption need to take the following steps.

 If the application is incompleted or not submitted on the scheduled dates, it will not be accepted.

 Please do not pay tuition until your result is determined; otherwise, your application will be cancelled.

 

1. Reservation of date for submission

 ※New students from October, 2018 
  Applicants don't need to make a reservation. Please submit application form and all other documents at Student Support Division located on the first floor of Kyotsukyoiku-to, next to International Affairs Division.

 Applicants need to make a reservation for the date and time of submission via the Tottori university website (Accademic Affairs System "Live Campus") on Jul.25-Aug.31. If you can't use live Campus, please visit Student Support Division.

 Applicants in Tottori area must submit the application on Sep.19-21,25-27 or in Yonago area on Sep.5,6.
 Students of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences don't need to make a reservation. 
 If applicants can’t submit the application on the designated date because you go back to your own country temporarily, please visit the Student Support Division to submit the application before you leave Japan.

2. Submission of application

 Please submit your application and all other documents by the deadline on the date you reserve.

Tottori area  → (9/19~21)at the desk in B21 on the third floor of Kyotsukyoiku-to  
                     (9/25~27)at the desk in B31 on the second floor of Kyotsukyoiku-to
Yonago area → at Tutorial2-4 on the second floor of Sogokyoiku-to

3. Confirmation of the result

 The result will be determined around the end of December.

 Please check the Tottori University website (Accademic Affairs System "Live Campus").

4. Payment of tuition

 If your application for full/half tuition exemption is not accepted, please pay the tuition as soon as possible.

 Staff at the Scholarship Section might send e-mail or call you and ask about your application.
