○所得・課税証明書

本人及び日本にいる配偶者。ただし以下の者は除く。

・前期申請においては2019年1月2日以降に,後期申請においては2020年1月2日以降に渡日した者

For the applicant and his/her spouse, but excluding individuals who:

・arrived in Japan on or after January 2, 2019 (for 1st semester applications) or on or after January 2, 2020 (for 2nd semester applications)

○給与支払(予定)証明書(Form 4)

または源泉徴収票のコピーなど

アルバイト先で証明を受けて下さい。

なお,2019年1月2日以降にアルバイトを始められた場合は,源泉徴収票ではなく給与支払(予定)証明書(様式4)を提出してください。

Salary Payment (Scheduled Payment) Certificate (Form 4), a copy of withholding slip, etc.

Please ask the employer of your part-time job to prepare the certificate.

If you started working on or after January 2, 2019, please submit Salary Payment (Scheduled Payment) Certificate (Form 4) instead of a withholding slip.

(For Graduate School Students)                                                                      Application for Tuition exemption for the 1st semester of the Academic year in 2020 For privately-financed international students

・International graduate school students who would like to apply for tuition exemption need to take the

   following steps.
・If the application is incompleted or not submitted on the scheduled dates, it will not be accepted.

・Applicants of tuition exepmtion will be granted moratorium on tuition payment from the time of
 application filing until the announcement of final decision. 
   If you pay the tuition after filing for the exemption, you will be disqualified from the application.

  

1. Reservation of date for submission

・Applicants need to make a reservation for the date and time of submission via the Tottori university
 website (Academic Affairs System "Campus Square"). 
・Students of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences(UGSAS) and newly admitted
 students who will enter from April 2020 don't need to make a reservation. 
 Please submit application form and all other documents to the Student Support Division.
・If it's difficult to use the system, please come to the Student Support Division.

※If applicants can’t submit the application on the designated date because you go back to your
 own country temporarily, please visit the Student Support Division to submit the application before
 you leave Japan.

2. Submission of application

・Please submit your application and all other documents on the date you reserve.
・Until tuition fee exemption is determined, tuition fee payments will not be withdrawn by bank
 transfers from the bank account.

※After you submitted, staff at the Student Support Division might send e-mail or call you to ask
 about your application.

3. Confirmation of the result

・The result will be determined around the early July.
・Please check the Tottori University website.
 (Please log in to Academic Affairs System "Campus Square")

4. Payment of tuition

・If your application for full/half tuition exemption is not accepted, tuition fee payments will be
 charged from your bank account in the same month as the decision.
 (Invoice will be sent to the students who don't have bank account.)
