The countermeasure against the spread of infection; a state of emergency

To all students

Japanese Government has declared a state of emergency for Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Hyogo and Fukuoka prefectures. Due to this declaration, Tottori prefectural government requests all visitors from these prefectures to Tottori stay at home and avoid going outside for 14 days. Also, in order to prevent the infection on campus, all students who return to Tottori from these prefectures after April 8 should report the student section of your faculty about the fact, as well as staying at home for 14 days and checking the body temperature everyday regardless of the start of the classes on April 22. For any questions about online lectures during the stay at home period, please contact with the student section of your faculty.

All students should avoid traveling internationally and domestically unless it's necessary or urgent. In particular, the university prohibits students from traveling to the prefectures where the state of emergency was declared.

No matter where you are, all students should note the health condition on the health monitoring sheet. When you have symptoms of cough or a fever, please go to the medical facility and contact the “Consultation desk” and the student section of your faculty.
