On 16 September 2022, The Doctoral Degree Awarding Ceremony for Academic Year 2022 of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Tottori University was held. This year, in order to prevent the spread of the Novel coronavirus infection, this program was conducted only by graduates and related faculty and staff. Each student received a diploma from Dr. Hiromitsu NAKAJIMA, the President, and a memorial medal from Dr. Motoichiro KODAMA, Dean, the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences.
President NAKAJIMA said, "The completion of this doctor's course is not the end; it is rather the beginning of a new challenge that will lead you to the next chapter. As you proceed to the next chapter of your lives, you may face unexpected challenges and find it difficult to overcome them. But, I am sure that your experience at this school will help you and guide you to overcome those challenges. I am wishing you every success in the new chapter of your life."
